The 2011 Schedules for the Italian League
Youth Reinstatement: If a player signs in the Italian League
that is underage (1993 or 1994) and then decides to go back
to youth he can play without a permit.
(Not recommended.)
Permit Application Form: If an underage player wants to
play in the Italian League (born in 1993 or 1994)
He requires this form, every game he plays in the
Italian League. (Recommended)
Team Staff Affiliation Form: All teams must fill
and submit when registering there team in the
Italian League.
