Registration Format and Instruction
Please note the following if you are interested in registering your child at ICSF:
1- Please obtain and fill the registration form by dowloading
the form

2- Email your form to registration@icsf.ca. Your cheque must indicate your
child name and his team category, i.e. John Smith U8
or
Drop your registartion form stapled to the registration cheque at the
front desk of the Italian Cultural Center.
For future communication purposes, we strongly recommend that you email your
registration form, this way we will have your email information on file, which will
help us to send you all newsletters, important notices and developments in
Lower mainland Soccer Community.
